Jane's Background:

•Jane has a 17 year corporate background in retail sales, marketing, management and training with some of America's top corporations: Macy's, Belk, Cosmair Cosmetics (Ralph Lauren), and Swatch Watch U.S.A.

•She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in 1974, and has since followed an exhilarating path of professional opportunities.

•In giving back to her professional organization, the National Speakers Association, she served a four-year board term, including chapter President, and was selected twice as Chapter Member of the Year.

•Her professional speaking career started in 1990. In her second year, she helped launch Chrysler's Customer One Culture Change national program as a team trainer and facilitator. One of her newest opportunities is as theater presenter for NetSchools Corporation.

•Jane is an active and visible member of Meeting Professionals International, The United Methodist Church, and The Proud Riley Clan (her family from Indiana.)
